It sweeps thousands of company job boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS and Workday) every day, keeps roles posted in the last 90 days, and lets you search and rank them against your resume.

Create one Flockara account at flockara.com/signup. It signs you in to Job Portal and Tailorbird together. An administrator approves each product, and you get an email when it is ready. Older Job Portal logins keep working.

Use Tailorbird and Workspace in the menu at the top of every page. With a Flockara account you arrive signed in.

Every word you type must appear in the posting, as a whole word: java finds Java but not JavaScript, and ai no longer matches maintain. Common endings still count, so engineer also finds engineering. Put a phrase in quotes, like "machine learning", and use OR for either word, like react OR vue.

Under US work authorization, press Set for F-1 OPT / STEM OPT in the US. It keeps United States roles and hides the ones whose description requires US citizenship or a green card, a security clearance, or says there is no visa sponsorship. You can also show only roles that sponsor or welcome OPT, or only E-Verify employers, which STEM OPT requires.

They are read from each job description by rules on our server, not by an AI service. They catch clear statements such as must be a U.S. citizen or sponsorship is not available, and skip equal opportunity text. A job that says nothing is never hidden, so always confirm on the employer's page before you apply.

Your last search is remembered in this browser only, so you can pick up where you left off. Reset filters under Find jobs clears it. Your resume text is never stored this way.

Advanced filters narrow by workplace (remote, hybrid, on site), seniority read from the title, minimum salary, posting age, department, source and employment type, and words or companies to exclude. They all combine.

Three different measurements. Keywords is how much of a posting's wording your resume shares, relative to the other results (the closest here is 100); it is not a judgement of fit. Preliminary fit is a free check of the job's requirements against your resume, done on our server. Verified fit is that check confirmed or corrected by Claude, on your own key, for the top few results and jobs you open or send to Tailorbird.

Keyword relevance and the preliminary fit are computed on our own server; your resume is not sent to any AI service for them. Verified fit sends the relevant resume lines and job requirements to Claude on your own API key.

Fit check compares one role's stated requirements with evidence in your resume, one requirement at a time, and returns good fit, stretch, not a fit or needs clarification. It is cautious by design: a requirement your resume does not mention is marked not demonstrated with a question, never counted against you.

Press Tailor and add to queue on a job, or select several and press Tailor selected in Tailorbird (up to 25 at once). You confirm the base resume on Flockara, and Tailorbird tailors a resume for each job with your own API key.

Every job you send gets a Tailorbird badge in your results (In queue, Tailoring, Tailored, Applied or Tailoring failed), updated automatically. If you send one again, Flockara shows the application you already have and asks before making another version.

Select roles and press Download ZIP to get their full descriptions, each with its apply link. Downloaded and sent jobs are marked, so a repeat search shows what is new.

A full sweep runs every morning. A posting disappears 7 days after its board stops listing it.
